This year Osmania Gandhi Kakatiya and Telangana Medical Alumni Association of America is proud to celebrate 37 years of bringing together our vibrant community of physicians from the most esteemed medical colleges. As the largest U.S.-based medical alumni group, we're excited to welcome you to our annual convention. Here is everything you need to know:

  • Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel – and shares amenities with the luxurious Waldorf Astoria. Bring the WHOLE FAMILY! Orlando is a magical place to visit! OGKTMA Discount lodging rates are good for a full week. The resort offers free shuttle to Disney and other area attractions as well as options for “early park access" passes. Adults enjoy the Waldorf Astoria Spa & Golf Club while kids check out the WA Kids club.   • Parking (Staying at Hotel) – Park in self parking, take a ticket. If you are paying for your lodging, this will be paid at check out. If your lodging is included as part of your sponsorship package, this will be taken care of at check out (and billed to OGKTMA).
  • Parking (Not Staying at Hotel)- Park in self parking, take a ticket. We will give you a validation card for a discounted parking
  • DEADLINE FOR ADS SOUVENIR BOOK – is 9/1 at 5pm (apologies in advance no ads can be received after that time). Submit Ad 
  • Premiere and VIP Sponsors – Thank you! You should have received a welcome letter from the OGKTMA team with all the details, including information on your hosted lodging. DEADLINE FOR LOGOS and ADS is 9/1.  Connect  
  • Friday Night Celebration – will be at Planet Hollywood (at Disney Springs). There is a complimentary shuttle from the hotel leaving every 30 minutes and it’s very close and convenient to Uber or Lyft. Friday Night will have a casual tropical feel 
  • Registration – We are using RSVPify for our registration platform, when you register you will receive a QR code for entry. Onsite registration will be on Saturday morning at 7am. The platform offers a place you can “see who is coming” to note this is not in alphabetical order.
