You may use OGKTMA services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, protecting your account, and activity performed through your account. Do not share another person's credentials or impersonate another person or organization.

Some features require an eligible OGKTMA account, active membership, or administrative approval. Directory information is provided for legitimate alumni and professional community purposes. You may not scrape, sell, mass-download, or use directory information for unsolicited marketing, harassment, credentialing decisions, or any unlawful purpose.

If you provide a profile photo, biography, practice information, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and permit OGKTMA to display and process it to operate the service. You must not submit content that is:

• False, misleading, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Sexually explicit, violent, unlawful, or harmful.
• Infringing another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Malware, spam, unauthorized advertising, or content designed to disrupt the service.
• Confidential patient information or other information you are not authorized to disclose.

OGKTMA may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law. The mobile member directory provides a Report this profile control for notifying OGKTMA about concerns.

Event availability, schedules, membership benefits, and contribution opportunities may change. Payments are completed through third-party services such as Zeffy and are also subject to the provider's terms. Unless required by law or stated in a specific event or campaign policy, payments and refunds are governed by the terms shown at checkout.

OGKTMA services support an alumni association and its educational and community programs. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a clinician-patient relationship. Seek qualified medical care for health questions and call emergency services when appropriate.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. OGKTMA does not promise uninterrupted availability or that all content is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, OGKTMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

We may update the services or these terms and will post the revised effective date. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse. You may stop using the services at any time and may delete your mobile account through the in-app account-deletion flow.
